wide variety helpful staff massage service
The breakfast included a wide variety of choices and the quality was good. Staff members were very kind and helpful . I found the location to be convenient , it allowed easy access to different areas. The massage center provided great , professional service.
Water pressure in the shower was lower than expected.

The room offered a beautiful view of The Sanctuary of Truth. It was amazing. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to many places. I enjoyed the breakfast. It offered LOTS of variety.
The hourly shuttle was somewhat infrequent.

The room had wonderful views of the sea. The breakfast buffet included a decent selection. I found the price to be very affordable (at $130 CAD).
There were hairs in the room. This was a disappointment because it does not align with the hotel's standards. The front desk staff was not very friendly.

I appreciated the spacious room. It featured wonderful corner views of the sea. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection.
The rooms are big but empty. Outside noise was easily heard. The air conditioner made a lot of noise. It did not cool much.

Fantastic stay with great views
amazing views helpful staff
I had a large suite located on a high floor. The views were amazing as a result. The area of town felt more relaxed compared to the central areas. Getting to the lively areas was still easy. The staff were very nice and helpful. They prepared a mini cake for my birthday, a special thanks to K.Cherry, K.Da, and the front team.
The elevators had some issues. Large groups of tourists made three out of four elevators difficult to use. The fourth elevator was shut down for maintenance which compounded the problem.

The breakfast buffet was very extensive and offered a wide variety of options. I should have eaten here more often because food is always excellent. The restaurant upstairs has a good variety of food options.

The location is good and near several shops and restaurants. It is only a few minutes away from terminal 21. The hotel is quiet at night. It is easy to move around the main attractions using readily available transport.

varied breakfast nice pool great gym slow lifts stained linens unclear communication
I loved the breakfast! it was so varied and plentiful. the pool was also really nice. the gym was a great addition. I enjoyed using the equipment!
the lifts took forever! it was a real hassle especially during peak hours. my room wasn't as clean as i'd hoped, and i noticed some stains on the linens. also, the deposit requirement upon arrival wasn't communicated clearly enough, so i found that a little annoying.

polite staff large selection well kept building poor soundproofing slow elevators crowded pool
the building was well-kept. the staff was polite and efficient. the breakfast buffet offered a large selection (i especially liked the fresh fruit).
soundproofing was inadequate. i found the external noise quite noticeable. the elevators seemed slow during peak hours, causing delays. the pool area felt crowded at times.
